When Clinical Preceptor Rescue receives your submission and uploaded resume (at bottom of submission form), we will email you Pricing/Contract Terms with a breakdown of deposit and balance amounts.​

Once you review the terms and email/call us that you want us to find your preceptor, you will be contacted by a Clinical Preceptor Rescue team member to make sure we thoroughly understand your clinical needs and can successfully place you.

From there, we will send you a contract and an invoice for your deposit.

Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, we will start the process to find your preceptor.

When the preceptor is found, you pay the balance and we put you and the preceptor in contact.

We have an incredible success rate in match students to preceptors.

The more time you can give us to search, the more likely it is that we will find you a preceptor. We can do urgent placements, but they do require an “Urgency Fee” in order to put more team members to work searching for your preceptor.
